Manufacture

Our clients love coming to our manufacturing facility, just to see the guys in action.

We have up to date manufacturing process, modern equipment and skilled fabricators that weld, cut, bend, glue, paint, screw and bolt.

We run ‘lean’ and ‘just in time’ processes which not only means that we can deliver your brand product to your schedule, but we can tell you exactly where it is in the manufacturing process.

We are asked to manufacture at short notice quite frequently, and as such, we actually allow for ‘unexpected quick turn-around work’ within our production schedules. We have found this unique in the industry.

Because we take pride in our work, and your brand, we wrap, pack and protect anything leaving our factory to the highest standard (this prevents damage and rework).

We ensure we only dispatch product through our trusted transport companies, and quite often, we will deliver your brand product personally. When we are freighting we ensure that there is someone at the ‘other end’ to receive and install your brand products.
